For me, it should be Smart Habit Sunday! I can’t seem to get my act together on Saturday to post. Anyway, despite the ginormousness of the vitamins I purchased (Dr. Weill’s multivitamin and Omega 3):

I have been taking them everday! I have noticed increased energy, though I seem to crash in the evening. I’ve been trying different times of day to mitigate this. But I do need to take them with food, which can be challenging depending on the time of day. Any ideas?
My smart habit to begin this week is drinking water. It seems obvious but for some reason, I have a mental block about fluid intake! I need to focus on this to make it a habit. I’m not going to set a certain goal for this – any increase will be an improvement.

  1. I have developed a taste for green tea in my quest to drink more water. I drink decaf, with nothing in it, so it was definitely and acquired taste, but I love that I get water and antioxidants at the same time.

    I also like to use “True Lime” packets. They have lemon ones too. It's just crystallized juice. Add a packet to some water and it gives it instant “flava” with no sugar or calories.

    Hope you have some new habits forming here!
